Career Conversations Workshop

This workshop provides you with the practical frameworks, tools, and guidance to have more meaningful career conversations.

You’ll learn to navigate these conversations more confidently, using key coaching skills to gently encourage ownership, explore relevant development pathways, and handle common challenges and dilemmas. 

The session includes opportunities for learning, reflection, discussion and skills practice. You’ll walk away with a toolkit that includes a set of structured conversation guides to help you plan, prepare for and hold effective career conversations.

difficult Conversations Workshops

This workshop is aimed at building your confidence, skills and comfort in handling difficult conversations – where emotions run high, opinions vary, and the stakes are high. 

First and foremost, you’ll learn practical skills and frameworks to help you prepare for and navigate these situations more effectively. But we’ll also go much deeper than this! You’ll also have an opportunity to explore the  underlying psychological drivers that can either make a person feel safe or threatened, as well as your own and others’ typical responses to conflict. Together, the tools and insights gained through the session will help you to handle challenging conversations in a more conscious, thoughtful and confident way.

strengths Conversations Workshop

This workshop provides practical insights and tools for leaders who want to better utilise their team members’ individual and collective strengths. You’ll learn a range of formal and informal ways to become a more strengths-focused leader, including the pros and cons associated with different approaches. You’ll also walk away with a toolkit that includes worksheets, conversation guides, and a strengths development handbook to help you plan, prepare for and hold ongoing strengths conversations with your team. Finally, you’ll also have an opportunity to explore your own strengths and try out some of the tools / activities before implementing these with your team.
