Career Transition & Outplacement Workshops

If you are looking for an affordable way to support your employees through a difficult period of change or transition, we can help.

Making the decision to transition employees from a business can be difficult.

And although most organisations would like to provide impacted employees with personalised, one-on-one career transition support, this isn’t always possible.

Consequently, we offer short and affordable Career Transition Workshops that can be delivered to groups of impacted employees in a safe and supportive environment.  Furthermore, participants can also be provided with access to our online program Successfully Navigating Redundancy: A Practical, Step-By-Step Guide as a way of providing further, ongoing support after the workshop.

Workshops are aimed at providing participants with the practical skills and confidence required to successfully and quickly move forward with their chosen career plan.  At the same time, they provide organisations with a professional and affordable way of assisting their employees during a difficult time.

Workshops are delivered by formally qualified and registered Business Psychologists or Career Development Specialists, with 1/2 day and full day workshops available.

To ensure that your employees get the most out of the program, we conduct an online survey prior to the session to identify participants’ primary needs and concerns, allowing us to tailor the session accordingly.

We can also provide additional follow-up support to participants if required. This can be provided through our Successfully Navigating Redundancy online program, which covers an extremely comprehensive range of topics including and beyond those provided in the group sessions.

Alternatively, we can provide cost-effective one-on-one support to participants either directly after group workshops, or at a mutually convenient time via email or phone.  Typically, follow-up support involves further assistance in resume preparation or interview skills, allowing participants to get some additional, objective and professional feedback after putting skills learned during the workshop into practice.
